Luxury Samui Reef View offer a reliable and easy to use villa rental service on the beautiful island of Koh Samui in the gulf of Thailand. We have been in operation for three years providing high quality luxuary rentals to countless guests, our relaxing luxuary villas are of great build quality and furnished in a relaxing Thai style. Our Staff have maintained our villas to a high standard and are entirely flexible to your requirements. Our well established contacts on the island make your needs easily accomodated. Our personal service and advice is based on many years of experience allowing for a super, trouble free holiday. We are great believers in the saying "The price you see is the price you pay". No hidden extras, taxes or charges. Our villa rental cost include all taxes and service charges if applicable unless otherwise stated in our rental terms.  If service charges are not included then any "tips" are at the discretion of the client. We include airport transfers on arrival  and departure "same date/same flight".

About our villas

Our holiday villas and homes are in a superb location for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. The village which is set right on the side of a mountain and it is a small luxury living development close to the main tourist attractions. Our villas have stunning sea views and are just five minutes from the beach. These villas are ideal for either large family groups or honeymoon couples with this beautiful romantic setting. We have beautiful gardens surround the villas which are often bathed in a cool sea breeze even on the hotter days. Infinity swimming pool with shallow end and a deeper end that overlooks a beautiful sea view and jungle canopy, private terraces to relax on in the evenings. The villas are split into two levels with all of our upstairs bedrooms having en-suites. The top level has a private pool and large terrace. There is a large plasma TV with Xbox 360 game system in the living room. Both levels have their own kitchens, living/dining areas. The lower floor has its own private balcony, Two bedrooms with one bathroom and one shower room. Two groups of people can use the villa together but at the same time having their own private areas. The villas can sleep up to 8 people so two families can share their holiday experience together but still have their own private space.

The villas are located over-looking the ocean and are nestled amongst the jungle canopy. Our luxurious private villas offer the perfect alternative to crowded hotels and noisy resorts. Only 10 minutes from the busy resort town of Lamai, with its wide range of restaurants/bars, shopping and beautiful sandy beaches. Then 5 minutes to the south is the charming fisherman’s village of Ban Hua Thanon, with its fish and fruit market. The Butterfly garden and Aquarium further along which leads off to another quiet unspoilt part of Samui. Many of the major tourist attractions are easily accessible from the villas by car or motorbike.

Booking info

• Prices starting from 5,700 Baht per day for four people, minimum stay of three days.
• Prices starting from 8,200 Baht per day for eight people, minimum stay of three days.

On making a booking a 30% deposit will be required to hold the villa. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. If a cancellation is made 30 days or more before arrival a credit to rebook the villa will be given for 6 months. Cancellations after 30 days before arrival the balance will be lost.
