The villa and apartments are located 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. This luxurious private village offers the perfect alternative to crowded hotels and noisy resorts.By car only 10 minutes from the busy resort town of Lamai and 10 minutes to the charming fisherman’s village of Hua Thanon
The villas have two air conditioned bedrooms - each of them having private bathrooms. The living and dining area over look the ocean with views of the surrounding jungle canopy, furnished with Thai style teak wood. There is a well equipped kitchen providing toaster, gas cooking field, electric oven and refrigerator with freezing compartment.
The villa features a terrace, large inviting swimming pool and barbeque area with inspiring ocean views.
To ensure you are adequately pampered and to further enjoy your experience in our luxury holiday villa the property is fully maintained by a maid and handyman,
all supervised by a villa manager
under the guidance of our villa
operations manager.
Services in villa:
- The villa manager and his assistants will welcome you at the villa and show you around to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
- Our trained house staff will visit once daily to make sure that rooms are made, clean and tidy or at your request.
- As they are living on site, the villa employees are available to address your service needs at all times and will adapt to your specific attention requirements.
- Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.
Available services upon your request:
- Car rental US $30 to $60 per day (full insurance coverage)
Private car with driver from US$60 up per day - We will pre-stock your villa fridge with our food pack (including food and beverages) for free.
- Laundry and ironing service at affordable price.
- Local excursions including elephant trekking, day trip to the Angthong national marine park or Koh Tao (a list of activities is provided within the villa compendium)
- All water sports activities (water ski, scuba diving courses and fun dives, sailing and snorkeling)
Airport transfers:
- We recommend you to book your flight directly online with Bangkok airways at www.bangkokair.com
- The airport transfer is free . As soon as the reservation is confirmed we kindly ask you to send us your flight details so that our guest relations manager may arrange the pick up.
The reservation is in acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as described.
Deposit payment:
- To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a 30% deposit, including service charge and tax.
Balance payment:
- The Balance due is to be paid at least 30 days before the indicated arrival date by electronic transfer.
Cancellation conditions
- If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, we must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following charges will be applicable depending on cancellation window.
30 days or more before arrival date:
- Deposit forfeited - but credited for 6 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by our reservation department.
- The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and for the villa initially reserved.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
- All payments are forfeited.
- The above cancellation charges also apply if we cancel the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require changing or amending, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
- Any change to the original reservation is subject to our approval.
- Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our manager on Koh Samui.
Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made.
- CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR
The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and appropriate behaviour of the guests staying at the Villa(s). Should any member of the party not behave in such a manner, the owner may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the Villa forthwith.
